Overall very pleased with our groomer Sarah. She is quick to get him in and out and the teddy bear cut we get for our toy poodle looks great every time we go. I also love the bandanas and the doggy cologne she uses, such a nice touch!
This was our dog’s first groom here and he looks soooo good! Very happy with the cut and the staff.
First you call the number and it tells you text then you wait and wait and wait for a reply. Once you get a reply it says “I am busy call my other groomer where you get another number to text and again you wait and wait. I finally got a return text from a Sara who then booked us an appt for our two dogs to then cancel due to a death in the family which I totally understood.
