What a great place! I brought four kids with me to give our dog Reggie a bath. She made sure that each girl had a apron and they had so much fun giving him a bath. I will definitely come here to have him cut too!
Best groomer I have ever used! Nina not only grooms my Bichon perfectly but for the first time ever she acts happy after going to the groomer. It's like she has been given a spa day!

We must have caught an off day. 1st time we brought our two dogs to be groomed - told us it would take 2.5-3hours. Our daughter went to check on them after 3.5 hours because they hadn't called. They weren't done-- said they had a flood. They could have called. They called about an hour later - got them home to discover they had cut one of our dogs legs. We had to take him to the vet. He is on antibiotics and it cost us $$. We will not be returning.

I'm sorry you were unhappy. We would of took full responsibility for any hishap had we been notified in a reasonable time. We at no time ever release our pups hurt, they do at times get little nicks on their legs from matting and we document. I do apologize you were not completely satisfied and as always the customer is always right. I can only promise to do better.

We brought our dog here for a bath, and it was a wonderful experience. Sharon, the owner, is very friendly and even gave us some helpful tips for bathing our little Ellie. The facility is very clean, and they provide towels, shampoo, brushes, and even aprons for you to use. We will definitely be coming back!
