If I could share the pictures of the poor dogs who are left alone, next to their own feces, no food or water, I would. I can tell you these dogs have been here in these conditions for several hours today. I'll be reporting with OHS as well. This isn't the 1st time I've seen this and other behaviors when someone is actually there. Do the owners know you are leaving their pets in these conditions and treating them the way you do?! Think basic food and water should be provided when animals are left alone for hours or days!
