I am disappointed and frustrated that your office made the decision to give my dog an oral Flea & Tick treatment prior to his surgery WITHOUT my consent. These have been known to cause neurological issues and even death in dogs. Please have someone in leadership reach out to me immediately. I have lost complete faith in your facility.

Dr Shaefer. Follow-uped quickly with results from test. Worked with me to find a care treatment. Not sure who the vet technician was but she did a great job wrestling Bear to clip his nails. Bless that fur covered vet tech
Haylee helped me get my aging dog Koko in to see Dr. Gerlach- she was very professional and kind. Dr. Gerlach is amazing as usual. He knows Koko and has cared for him for many years (including operating for sarcoma a year and a half ago). He explained his diagnosis, plan, recommendations. He is an outstanding doctor.

😘OMGosh, where do I begin?! Doctors Hallstrom and Gerlach ARE Miracle Workers (God is their partner). Matthew 25:40 New International Version 40 “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’ I believe it is their Christian faith that enables them to do God's healing work in saving others.
