I am disappointed and frustrated that your office made the decision to give my dog an oral Flea & Tick treatment prior to his surgery WITHOUT my consent. These have been known to cause neurological issues and even death in dogs. Please have someone in leadership reach out to me immediately. I have lost complete faith in your facility.
