Don’t get me wrong I love the place and I love the doctors and everybody who works there, it’s just that on that day when I brought my puppy there for x-rays because something was wrong with his leg they did not want to perform the procedure on him only because he was doing a little bit better, but he still has a hard time walking and I don’t want it to get worse but they told me to just stick it out for a few more weeks and see what happens, it’s like they talked me out of getting what needed to be done, wasn’t too happy wi... read more
Dr. Crupi is a wonderful and compassionate animal Dr. Would not have no other for my pets.
Had an emergency with my pets and the woman on the phone could careless. She didn’t offer any information about other vets who work with birds in the area, or whom I should call if the situation becomes more grave. This is a business at the end of the day and it shows. The fact that the vet does not leave a few appointments throughout the day available to accommodate regulars in need of more urgent care, demonstrates this establishments intentions.
When my 22yo macaw began repeatedly self-mutilating his foot in response to an unwelcome environmental intrusion, I feared the worst. Compounding the issue, an ensuing related panic resulted in a devastating concussion. There is no where else id ever take my dog /cat!!! Dr.Crupi (father AND daughter) are the most wonderful caring vets i have ever known. Along with their staff!!!! Thank you sooo much for your kindness, and all you do for the furs!!! ( and feathers) Its very much appreciated!!!
