Lauren the pre op nurse is the best nurse i’ve encountered in my life. Jared is super helpful and sweet too. Lauren tho I will remember her for the rest of my life. I came into pre op with tears & in a matter of seconds I was laughing all anxiety relieved thanks to lauren. She deserves all the praise and MORE. She is truly one of a kind the ohsu unicorn
If it were possible to give zero stars I would. I went to the OHSU emergency room with a back related issue. The people who check you in sit in a glass box and are perhaps the rudest, most disinterested customer facing people I have ever interacted with. After getting checked in, I sat in a hard plastic chair for 3.5 hours waiting to be seen. Finally, I saw a doctor who asked me what my issues were, and then it was back to the hard plastic chair for another 2 hours. Next step, the doctor prescribed an MRI which it took anoth... read more
Super long wait about at least 3 hours and up…. I love this hospital but the IV thing that from emergency room always makes me feel really uncomfortable:( I understand there’s new staff doing my IV but they really need to train workers there better for doing on patient with IV….because these 2 IV I had with them are not pleasant at all and got me bruised and pain over a big swollen muscle got to and the staff keeps moving the needle in my arm for so long to get it..even makes me wanna scream ( I hold it till the person said... read more
