UPDATE 10/4/2025 - UNABLE TO ADD NEW REVIEW This was our 3rd time working with Jeremy Doering and team, and just like previously, he went above and beyond for us. Jeremy has such a great way of making what could be a stressful process feel manageable. As a legit buyer, I reached out to Jeremy to inquire on a listing marked as contingent. He seemed uninterested in discussing any opportunities for an immediate cash sale and/or as a next chance buyer should the contingency fall through. He was rude. His arrogance was offensive. Now I can understand why he has a poor reputation in the Waterford community. Highly do NOT recommend Jeremy Doering. If anyone is considering him, I'd suggest finding another agent.
