Sales and service went over and above to make this a great experience. Louis in sales was knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly. The entire sales process was pressure free. We had a small hiccup in the service area but Bruce, Louis and Angela (service manager) immediately got involved and resolved the issue expeditiously and to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Doenges Ford and Toyota and will certainly be a repeat customer.
I go to ABS Service, for everything except my tires for life. Just praying Bill Knight Ford cleans house and we get better service.
