I booked an eyelash lift a month in advance and it got rescheduled twice. On the day of the appointment, I had to drive over 30mins and paid for parking. After many attempts of phone calls and texts and waited another 30mins with no response, I left. I got a response from the owner who was adamant she didn't book me in for that date to which I sent her a screenshot of our conversation. Definitely not impressed.
First time getting a lash lift and I’m in love!! So great and very friendly and professional. Would recommend!!
