The receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional, there is absolutely no communication from them. They did not come when promised, so after 9 years of loyalty to this company I will never use them again. They refuse to give you any kind of time Window, I had to call for the original, again at 7:30 am the day of the appointment to try to find out when they would be there, I was told at that time we were 2nd on the schedule...3 hours later I called their office back after seeing their truck drive by my home twice to find ... read more
Found Dodson in the Yellow Pages, never used a septic company in this area before but saw several good reviews on them so I thought I would give them a try. They arrived on the scheduled apt day, were very courteous, fast and efficient with some good follow up advice for us. Price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this Dodson to anyone looking for a reliable, good clean out company.
