I’ve had two great experiences with Dotson Williams Automotive. The service folks are very nice, professional and friendly. Our cars were serviced as needed an in an excellent manner. Shout out to Jeff! Took my humble FR car to get an alignment to my specs (not factory). 1st time, he sent me home because they recommended I do a few repairs before getting an alignment, which I REALLY appreciated. 2nd time, they got it all dialed in with no issues to what I wanted. Low-ish cars welcomed, maybe not stanced tho. A little higher price than I expected but I'm happy to pay to know good honest work is done. Good work; good people. :)
Great customer service. Driving home my husband got a flat tire. Drove into Dodson Williams and Service Advisor Debbie came out, looked at tire and helped us. Had dealership number ready for us and was very accommodation to needs. Owner Allen, gave me complimentary ride home as I was not feeling well, while my husband waited for service to tire. Great customer service, respectful and helpful people. I’d definitely recommend them for your service needs.
