We have been using Dodson pest control for over a year now. They are a wonderful company who helped us get rid of some unwanted pests. The service tech we’ve had is very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. He shows up when he says he is going to and is never late. He comes when we call unexpectedly with a problem and helps to explain everything to us and helps to get rid of our issues! I have used pest control companies for over 30 years now. This company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. It would take me hours to explain all of the issues, but I will not waste any more of my time writing it all out. Use caution with this company.
