I really appreciate Danny. He does an excellent job and he’s very professional. He always checks with me before he comes just to be sure that I know he’s coming and also to make sure that his schedule doesn’t interfere with anything that may be going on at my house that could cause disruptions. I value his service.
My Tech (Shane) is always on time. Lets me know ahead of time when he will arrive. Always flexible with his schedule. Very personable and always asks if I have any questions or any concerns.
