Renee did a great job.
Frank does an amazing job. He comes 2x per month and makes sure we are happy with our Dodson service in Walkersville. Our company could not be happier with the job he does.
Our new technician Renee Perez continues the tradition of providing excellent service and attention to detail.
If I could give zero stars I would. Rene Perez is horrible. I’m asked to rate her… she did not schedule an appointment for my service. I have no idea if she came. If she did anything she only sprayed outside and did nothing inside. I called last week Wednesday (7 days ago) and the issue is not resolved. She called me Friday close of business. I called immediately back and she did not answer so my initial issue still is not resolved. When I called today to get clarity Aaron told me he cannot force Rene to call me. What is the... read more
