didn't help at all Our former complex used this company. They used to use Terminix, but switched to them. We had a major problem there and moved because of it. Their sprays and baits didn't so much as put a dent in the problem. When they did a fogging which was supposed to be a more intensive treatment, right after it was over, nothing was dead at all. I wouldn't recommend them.
Worst job I ever had! Their idea of sales is scouring through the phonebook cold calling. Once had a supervisor tell me "make sure you find something. anything that resembles termite activity" during an inspection, essentially asking me to create a problem that didn't exist in order to get a sale. Revolving door of salesmen. Unethical and untrustworthy. Look elsewhere for service and/or employment.
Matt Icenhour was or technician for Dodson Pest Control. He did a great job, was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend Dodson if all their technicians are as good as Matt was.
