I hired Dodson for an issue with roaches in a rental property. They did a terrible job addressing the issue and the communication was poor. Jennifer Carter asked me once via email for payment. I never received an invoice. I emailed and called multiple times requesting instructions on how to pay (or an invoice), and they never responded. I received a notification 9 months later that they sent an invoice to collections.
Huge shout out to Dodson Pest control! I have a very old log house with limited crawlspace through the stone foundation. Tim came through and did the initial review and found all looked good. I hired them to treat just to be safe. Andrew was amazing and went above and beyond removing and then replacing some of the decking boards for access. And they again used the small access space to crawl around under the entire house. Highly recommend this Company for doing a thorough job.
We have been getting regular pest control service from Dodson for several years, and the service is great. The technicians are always courteous, conscientious, and professional. Our current tech, Asa, is particularly polite, capable, and thorough. We would recommend Dodson to anyone!
