This once-local company is now part of a big chain, and service has gotten worse. In December, I called the office to make an appointment for the annual termite inspection. The receptionist refused, and said I would get a phone call only one day before the inspection. I never got that phone call. The inspector came when I was not home, and then I got a notice saying the house was inspected. I have no idea how thoroughly my home was inspected.
Scott Friedkin figured out how the mice were getting in the house from the outside, how to block access, and how to get rid of them. He continues to monitor mouse activity, just in case. That's huge!
Stephen Sennott arrived and was very professional and courteous. He went straight to work and also was very friendly. I would have no trouble recommending him or Dodson Pest Control to my friends and neighbors.
John called promptly to let us know he would be checking our home and showed up right on time, great service highly recommend!
