On June 15th, Dodson performed my annual inspection. Austen was the inspector and did a very thorough job. He was knowledgeable and on time . Austen was friendly and pleasant to converse with. Worst job I ever had! Their idea of sales is scouring through the phonebook cold calling. Once had a supervisor tell me "make sure you find something. anything that resembles termite activity" during an inspection, essentially asking me to create a problem that didn't exist in order to get a sale. Revolving door of salesmen. Unethical and untrustworthy. Look elsewhere for service and/or employment.
DODSONS IS MY PEST CONTROL COMPANY. THEY HAVE PROVIDED SERVICE FOR MY HOME FOR MANY. GOOD PEOPLE. GREAT SERVICE. BEST IN THE BUSINESS.
