I have had service with this company since 2017. It was exceptional in the beginning. I had excellent service with Lee. Then we kept losing technicians. It improved again when Dorita took over. It was exceptional by that time we had service for two addresses. Recently we started having issues again wit reliability. I contact the manager Tim, he via text and he ignored me or the lack of dependable staff. The technicians would service at their convenience. We had both addresses 15 minutes apart in travel time.
