Jordan called me before servicing my home as I had asked Dodson to do. He arrived a little earlier than I expected, which was fine and introduced himself as this was the first time he had serviced my home. Apparently, he is in training because he had a supervisor with him and the supervisor hardly spoke at all during the time they were at my home.
