I ordered some parts from this company earlier today and called around lunchtime to check if they had been couriered. The salesperson told me, “You’ll receive it in about two hours.” After waiting, I called back and spoke to someone else, only to be told the part hadn’t even been charged and the courier hadn’t picked it up.
