Absolutely great work and communication with company.
I have been coming to this Dodge dealership for a long time, and this was by far one of the most disappointing service experiences I've had. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and stood waiting while the service writers talked among themselves. When someone finally acknowledged me, they realized my assigned service writer was on lunch and said, "Well, I guess I'll help you then." That wasn't a very professional way to treat a customer.
