IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!! Do not take your vehicle to get maintenance, heck or even an oil change, here. They are incompetent and rude! They do not take responsibility when they mess something up. I've never been able to bring a vehicle here and have confidence that it would be taken care of... Our sales rep, Carlos, was amazing. Very professional and courteous. We completed the entire purchase electronically without ever stepping foot in the dealership. The whole process was very smooth and efficient, by far the best car buying experience we have had!!!
Well after hearing about my cousin taking his dodge there for a front end alignment. They told him his wheel bearings was bad... brand new wheel bearings he personally installed correctly?? No somone was assuming he was ignorant... or someone didn't want to do their job correctly is what it sounds like to me.. Just as the Ford house in durant is terrible. I would personally recommend going somewhere else if I needed anything done. Good luck to whoever wants to gamble better break out another thousand!
