I ordered a part from them and it wasn't what I needed, I requested a return online without any response. I call and politely ask if I can return the part and they are very rude saying the part I ordered is the recommended way to fix what I needed to fix even though it was a much simpler fix. I ask again if I can return it and they say "yeah just ship it to the return address". I then ask if I will receive a refund to which they answer "yup, whenever we receive the item". So I ordered a part, but had to cancel the order because I need my car fixed asap, and could not wait for the correct part. I ended up retrofitting some coolant lines. The customer service was very helpful and more concerned with my car than making a sale. The prices here are very competitive and I absolutely recommend this business to everyone. I plan to shop here in the future.
