I WILL NEVER BUY A DODGE RAM TRUCK AGAIN ! I have a 2017 Ram that has had the drivers window fall off the track (4) times and it seems like it is happening again. I bought the truck and have had it serviced at Burnsville Dodge and I don't know if it is a design issue or the quality of the service, and I really don't care. I bought two new vehicles there and one used vehicle from Dodge of Burnsville. The last purchase was the used vehicle and Tom Green was the sales person. I will NEVER buy another vehicle from them again! My last experiences with them is what gives used car sales people a bad name. Lots of assurances made but none kept. Extra accessories added to purchase were offered "cost" but turned out to be MORE expensive than if I would have walked over to the parts counter and bought them myself. If I could give no stars I would-spent some $30,000/with zero service-salesman handed me the keys and said good luck/when I asked to get some operations info-told me to read the manual-could not get the doors locked with key fob-called-was told I likely was not doing it right-warning light came on said sliding door unlocked (van)-stopped several times-opened-closed/light still came on-called service-said "you are not slamming door hard enough"- called the dodge/ Chrysler headquarters-they said we have no record of a purchase... read more
