I just had a heat pump system installed by Dodge, and I could not be happier! From the initial help navigating the MassSave loan/rebate program until the final clean-up, everyone was very helpful and professional. Quick response, came over quickly to handle our emergency (leaking all-house humidifier). Our tech (Justin) was super nice and diligent. Assessed the problem, knew how to fix and resolved it fully. Also provided some tips on how to avoid similar issues in the future. Best outcome I could expect for a bad situation.
Dodge did a great job installing my combination ducted and ductless heat pump system. Professional, on time, good communication and left the house very clean. Was able to diagnose and fix problems quickly that arose during install. Would not hesitate to recommend!
