I always try to give this restaurant a chance, but every time I have went it has been a bad experience. Unfortunately they are always short staffed, but the waitresses working are very very kind. The food is not good at all. My steak was basically raw. The potato was average but should have been better for the price of my meal. I had to have the waitress take it back to cook it more. Went out to eat with my family, they over cooked our steak and when we told them we would like a new steak, they brought the same steak back with some extra meat juices on it, we made sure to leave a mark on the steak where we could tell it was ours before they “made a new one”, waitress came back and told us there was a “mix up” between our steak and another persons steak, but gave the same steak back and tried to make it look like they cooked a new one but it was still VERY well done. Well it started in the parking lot. A group leaving warned us that it was rather warm in there. It was tolerable. Guess ac issues. Not a lot of cars in the parking lot for a Fri night at 730pm first indicator. Second indicator big sign out front saying yes we are open!? Waited at the reception desk for over 5 min with nobody in sight. Once seated it took awhile to get drinks but got them from a waitress that wasn't ours. My husband and I decided to take our kids out to eat before them going back to school and have eaten here before with no complaints. Well this time was the complete opposite. When we walked in at around 7:15, they were already mopping at the front and it was empty, only about 3 tables of people. Should of been our first sign.
