We bought a car back in January and Luis was very kind to us, but when we got the car home and started washing it regularly the paint on the front bumper started coming off in big flakes. The bumper now has virtually no paint left and looks horrible. It started chipping the very first time we washed it so I have a hard time believing that they did not know about it. I did call them and inform them of this but the only thing they said they could do for us was recommend someone that could repaint it for us.
