The Dodge City Service department in Saskatoon is an absolute farce. My daughter's Dodge Caravan has been in their shop for EIGHT MONTHS, without resolve. Each day is a new baloney story from the techs, reception, and service manager. It has been escalated to the Chrysler/Stellantis headquarters with crickets for response. I would NEVER recommend this service department nor NEVER recommend anyone buy a Dodge vehicle EVER!!
Absolute rip off. I provided codes and they charged me 3 separate times for labour only to get the same codes I provided them, then refused to give me a break on labour charges. Took 3 months for them to service two parts and overall terrible customer service. Go to auto clearing if you need to bring your vehicle to a Dodge dealership.
Purchased a new vehicle last week great service recommend Jeff Hartley. Friendly and professional customer service we appreciate Jeff for his services and patience thank you Jeff!!!
