Chad Walcer was very helpful when we were shopping for an 8 seater vehicle.
Worst experience. I booked an oil change a week in advance for 11:45am. When I got there the service guy said I'd have to drop the truck there and come back at 4:30. When I asked what the point of making an appointment was he said it's just to know what time to drop the truck off. Against my wishes I decided to agree and leave the truck, until he told me that it was gonna cost $190. I had such a great experience at Dodge City. Mark was very accommodating and told me he could help me get into a new vehicle. I was skeptical given my financial situation. But after talking with Amy in finance, he had me approved for a brand new Jeep Compass in less than 24 hours! I waited to write this review as I had to take it in to get a block heater installed and my experience with the shop portion was also excellent! Would definitely come back and purchase here again. Thank you Mark and Amy!!
