Good service, Glenda and Mark got my vehicle fixed
Outrageously expensive (for an “85-point” inspection that didn’t catch that the engine light and fuel cap lights are on ) and literally NO customer service. Staff don’t treat you like you are an actual customer (I was humiliated when I asked for a drive-through car wash), car gets parked as far away as possible after service is completed, cardboard floor mat (garbage) was left in car. We feel treated the complete OPPOSITE of a customer at Dodge City. SO done with the arrogance constantly on display there.
UPDATE: NOW TEN MONTHS AND COUNTING TO REPAIR, ON WARRANTY! FROM LOCAL TO NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS, THERE IS NO ACTION AND NO ANSWERS. UNBELIEVABLE! Dodge City Service Dept is deplorable. This most inane, disrespectful, dismissive and worst customer service EVER. To have a vehicle in their shop for eight months to repair is beyond ridiculous. Tried to report to BBB, but they aren't even registered. I wonder why? NEVER WOULD I EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
