We needed to replace our newly purchased (in 2025) Jeep Rubicon that was unfortunately totaled in an accident. Back office screwed up the registration on my vehicle purchase, sent everything long after temp inspection expired, and left the mess for me to clean up with the DMV. They refuse to take any responsibility for the multiple errors that led to this.
