Bought a power reclining sofa through salesman Emre (low pressure, pleasant, efficient). Delivery Sept 19, the two deliverymen were excellent, brought it upstairs, removed packing material, assembled it and made sure the power all worked and took the packing with them. First rate service!
We have purchased a lot of items from Dodds Furniture & always go back because the selection is so great. We always see the same Sales Associate "Anil" and have literally bought everything from him from bed room furniture to leather sofas. Just recently bought another bedroom set for our spare room. We know they stand by the warranty and fix any issue you might have. In one case we had a very high end imported sofa that just didn't level properly and they brought us another one. I have no issue sending friends to see Anil.
