Recently, I was assisted by Anil at Dodd’s on the purchase of a new storage bed. Anil was very friendly and helpful. I had to process all the information he provided and think about it for a few days. He let me know that the price I would pay would change on Sunday and even provided a follow-up call on Saturday to remind me. Went in to buy a recliner and was shown one with speakers and lights. Did not need those features so did not take the warranty on them. Salesman told me that the controls were not lights but special glow in the dark paint, also said there was a battery back up so if power went out didn’t need to worry about it. The power went out the other night and no battery back up or glow in the dark controls. Speaker keeps connecting to my phone so have to keep Bluetooth off now. Very disappointed!!!!!!!
