We recently had new carpet installed in a couple rooms in our basement. Grant and Grant Junior both collaborated to measure and find compatible high quality products. The carpet was ordered and the installation was scheduled. The installers came on time and proceeded to do a perfect job with the carpet as well as the carpet baseboards. The best in the business! Justin in the showroom was exceptionally helpful in selecting options, arranging the measurement and quoting/payment process. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the products and very thorough about his explanations on product features. The install team (Dan) were super friendly, master's at what they do, left everything very clean and were a pleasure to have in our home during the installation phase. Would highly recommend Dodd & Souter to anyone looking at new flooring.
We had luxury vinyl floors installed by Dodd & Souter in 2021 and recently a noticeable gap appeared between one in the hallway . I called them to see if they could recommend someone to fix it ( I wasn’t expecting it to be under warranty still ) and they came had a look, and within a week fixed it , no charge . Thanks to Rick , JR and crew for excellent service . Highly recommend!
