I had been going to Dr. Dodds for many years, but this past year has been nothing but problems. His receptionist is rude and lacks empathy. They canceled my appointment for another customer without my knowledge. I have missed 2 cleanings due to the unprofessionalism this place has resorted to. I will be finding a NEW dentist, I will NEVER do business with Dodds again.
Receptionist never get back to you and have a "I can't be bothered attitude."
Poor service. Unprofessional and dishonest practice. Katy Dodd is the worst dentist that I have ever visited. He left me teeth in worst condition than they were. He was loud and rude and spent my visit talking about personal issues with the dental assistant
