This number is a scam and is no longer connected to Mr. Dodd’s company. We used Mr. Dodd in the past and he was wonderful. This time, a new person answered They charged us $100 to come out, to then tell us that they don’t know what exactly is wrong and could not quote a firm price. They scheduled repairs and failed to show up. After numerous calls, Leo gaslighted me and told me we never made an appointment and he does not do repairs, just duct cleaning. Total bait and switch and I am mad at myself for falling for it.

They showed up exactly on time, actually 10 minutes early! They called 30 minutes before to confirm and respected my schedule. In a world where contractors never show up on time, this was refreshing. Very reliable and dependable company.

We scheduled an air duct cleaning shortly after purchasing our home, and we are glad we chose Dodd Air Duct Services Co . The previous owners had pets, and there was a noticeable odor coming from several vents. The technicians performed a detailed inspection and removed a considerable amount of dust, pet hair, and debris. The difference afterward was immediately noticeable. Our HVAC system now runs more quietly, and the home smells much cleaner.

This was one of the best home service experiences I've had in years. The technicians arrived on time, worked carefully, and paid close attention to every detail. My home feels fresher, there's much less dust, and my heating and cooling system is performing noticeably better.
