Lack of attention to detail and late getting projects out The design services themselves are excellent. The graphic designer is creative and talented. However, the projects tend to get out late. For example, if you return a proof and state that you need no further proofs, you may still receive another proof and find out that the project has not been mailed out on time as instructed. Good business but pays no attention to deadlines.
