Our office has used DocuTec since it opened. They are so very efficient. I recommend DocuTec to any business.
I have been a patron with them for awhile, they are prompt and search out parts even for older copiers. They always have my toner in stock and are always available in a pinch.
I had a very bad experience with these people. I left off my printers to have them assess what might me needed to get one of them to work, They just went ahead and tried to fix one of them without my approval and charged two hours labor on my credit card that they have on file from a previous repair some time ago. They lost me. I'll never do business with them again.
