Over 2 weeks with our printer down and NO ONE answers or gets back to you. Not the tech nor the sales representative. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. USELESS COMPANY!
They were fine when we had Ricoh equipment through them. They changed us to Xerox machines whom they are apparently a partner now. We had the WORST time getting the equipment, the install was a disaster which left us with zero print capabilities for over a week. Now a few months later, they have not sent us ONE toner for any of the devices we have, the printers are slow, they are extremely sensitive and you have to manual go in and redo the settings all the time.
