I have been dealing with CS Document Imaging Partners Inc. since 2016. I have had excellent service from this company for the past 9 years. We have not needed service often but when we do they are always just a phone call away. Just a shout out to our Account Representative Joanne she is very good at her job and calls to check in often. I would highly recommend this company for your copier needs.

I would absolutely recommend dealing with this Document Imaging. The printers are of great quality. The Company has followed up on a very regular basis to see how we are making out with the printers as well as asking if we have any questions or concerns. They are always there with a solution if we want to fine tune how we use the printer. They will set up a service call at your convenience and make sure that the fix has been done. Overall, I am very happy we made this change.

Document Imaging Partners has been terrific, from sales to technical support, to install. They take the time to understand the business needs and recommend solutions that fit. The sales team is responsive, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Delivery is as promised (on time, efficient, and quick). Installs go easily. We have had a great experience leasing our new printers from Document Imaging Partners.

The delivery and installation went incredibly smooth. You had everything ready and provided to our IT staff to make the transition quick and seamless. I have been nothing but impressed with your company, customer service and responsiveness.
