Rob, Dwayne, Al and Marko all provided exceptional service! Not only were they very informative, but they were also extremely efficient. Excellent set up of two new Kyocera copiers at Trinity. Philip provided information about the steps he was following and calmly installed the physical devices and software to run them. Philip provided a great demonstration to some staff on the unit upstairs and then to office staff on the second unit in the main office. The client certainly comes first in this company. Very smooth transition to new Kyocera MFPs from a different company.
Our organization has been working with Document Imaging for nearly a decade, and the experience has been excellent. They have provided us with a reliable printer for many years, ensured toner deliveries are always on time, and consistently offered excellent customer service.
