Honestly this was so easy - I recommend it to everyone
The first appointment went very well when I saw the doctors very well informed an educated very professional I would recommend them ! My issue is the backend of their operations, when I left my appointment the doctors told me I should receive an email within 12-24 hours and if I don’t receive it to call the office. I called the office this morning and spoke with Lorraine she advised me she was the director and should have my email by 230 pm eastern time if no to call her back (she pulled my chart and said everything was fine... read more
No one ever answers the phone or email. And no one ever calls you for the appointments you set. Waste of time.
