The reception behaviour is absolutely appalling. The way I was spoken to and treated for no reason yesterday was not acceptable. You need better staff, I’ll never return.
If I could choose zero stars I would put zero stars. I had the worst experience with Dr Aniceto Madronio. He was dismissive, not helpful at all even though I was trying to ask questions to get more understanding. He couldn’t be bothered felt annoyed and just wanted me out the door. So sad as we come to doctors looking for help and you have ones like this leave a bad taste in your mouth. It has been a great experience coming to this practice. Dr. De Castro provides knowledgeable advice and guidance me to understand my treatment plan. Receptionists were amazing! Lovely people indeed!
Very convenient location, 7 days a week availability, same day appointments usually available if not next day. Offer a wide variety of services and Doctors, very friendly and helpful reception staff, always welcoming and helpful. Very satisfied with the Doctors and nurses. Highly recommend.
Dr. Michael and the reception team were amazing, great service. I honestly recommend their service.
