Truly, a TERRIBLE experience. I'm from Victoria. I was advised to get my testing done through Dr. Mare via Telehealth. I have overlapping chronic illness symptoms/conditions and I am working with another practitioner to assist with my healing and infertility. My first appointment with Dr. Mare was lovely. I then got all my testing done. I’ve come here for years alone and now with my toddler. I checked in with reception at 10:15 for a 10:30 appointment. Sat patiently waiting and come 10:50 my daughter struggled to sit still. She wondered around always within 2/3 meters of the waiting room. At 10:15 I decided this was far too long and although I understand they were busy, multiple people came and went while we were left waiting. This has been my GP for a while now. It is constantly busy, but the staff and doctors are amazing. Top notch service from all staff members. Thank You for all that you do and for also being viable assets to the community.
The sweetest, most helpful receptionist as well as great drs and nurses. The whole team here always makes me feel so looked after. Highly recommend!
