I highly recommend this clinic! They’re bulk-billing with wonderful doctors and friendly receptionists! I always get the help I need here.
Had an appointment waited 30 minutes then asked how much longer I would need to wait. The rude receptionist Pauline explained another 20 minutes. WOW, given the fact that the staff were having a powwah in the doctors office and keeping patients with appointments waiting was pathetic! Don’t waste your time with this practice, they just don’t care! Go elsewhere where your genuine well being matters!
After see doctor Derrick for years when really needed help for cancer could not even do a home visit
Rubbish, the doctor looked at my condition for about 3 seconds and then diagnosed me completely wrong. Gave me the wrong medication that I did not need whatsoever. Do not go here. The doctors don’t care about you, they only care about getting their paycheck.
Visited on 04/07/2025 after causing further damage after recent operation. It’s so reassuring having a great doctor and reception staff. Dr Madronio immediately understood my symptoms, diagnosed the problem quickly and laid out a clear, workable plan including the necessary medication. He is the best doctor. The reception staff always give a cheerful and courteous welcome. Their willingness to provide advice and assistance to other patients creates a positive and supportive environment. Thank you
