Pauline and her Team at Drs at Pacific Fair are consistently professional and obliging. They have been supporting me for a number of years. The best doctors surgery I ever been too.
Doctor Derrick is a truly knowledgable and compassionate doctor. Pauline on reception is both kind and compassionate, and seemingly always goes above and beyond to help when a patient is in need. The combination of these two creates a very rare and caring GP practice. Highest recommendation.
Lovely place however doctor Ma Nanette Verde did not take on board all of my symptoms or what I had to say.
Worst service ever!!! The receptionist should work somewhere else, she is just angry at life. Very rude person with no patience. She hanged up on me just because I told her to please slow down in the talking and calm down because I couldn’t comprehend her. Very unprofessional and disappointing after being with them for over 5 years. Definitely changing doctors just because of her, for sure owner wouldn’t be happy with his employees treating clients like this. the location of the clinic is not written anywhere in the shopping center and it is almost impossible to find it. I called several times for directions that were not given to me, the staff on the phone was not very friendly and they hung up on me. As a result, I was unable to get to the appointment.
