She was incredibly helpful and efficient and so thorough. I was very impressed.!
Front desk was very polite and proficient. Nurse who took me back took my vitals and information as to why I was there with concern. The dr, Nikki, came in and asked pertinent questions and sent in 2 scripts to my pharmacy. However after I left I remembered that I had a bad reaction to an antibiotic once and went back to find out what she had prescribed and ordered. My daughter had a sports injury. We where seen the day prior and they advised it would be best to wait a little while before doing an X-ray. Even though the appointment the next day was just for X-ray. The doctor still took time to review it with us to see if anything jumped out as very scary, meet with us, evaluate her again since it had been a day and give advice in how to proceed. She had great "bed side" manner. Appreciated her help!
