I am on a healthcare card so often when I attend here for very minor things, I am bulk billed. Not yesterday, was in with Dr Ching for exactly 4 minutes and she felt that I was worthy of being fully charged. The government give great incentives to bulk bill but obviously she needs a few extra dollars more than I do. Will just wait for my normal doctor next time.
