Less than pleasurable experience. The doctors are great! I used the New Bern office a few years ago and was very pleased but this office leaves something to be desired. The selection is limited at best, and the person who helps with your frame selection also works the front desk. To receive any assistance is a chore, the frames were loss in transit, and not until I pushed the issue did they try to find out where they were or what happened.
