The doctors are absolutely wonderful and really care about the patient. The front staff is horrible! The office manager, Donna, has the worse customer service skills that I have ever seen in a doctor's office. Not only is she rude over the phone but she is also rude in person. Clearly does not want to be bothered. It really puzzles me as to why she wants to work with the public. It is really a shame to have great doctors but then have unprofessional an unfriendly staff which can hurt their business.
