I took my 85 year old Mother in to Alton's Urgent Care yesterday. The compassion, care, concern and professionalism, from Nurse Lynn Parker, was over the top outstanding. If we ever need medical care again, Doctors Urgent Care in Alton is where we will go. Nurse Lynn Parker, we appreciate you.
Dr. Parker is compassionate, quick and professional. I would recommend visiting this facility.
Zero star place Went in cause my step son is sick and they didn’t even look at his throat or test him but said he has strep? When she got the light to shine on his throat the light was pointed at his bottom lip and she didn’t even look inside. Their quality of care is trash. **can’t post without giving a star 🤦🏻♀️**
