I'm writing to share my recent experience at your clinic, which unfortunately didn't meet my expectations. Despite having positive experiences in the past, today's visit was unpleasant. Dr. Savita Joseph appeared annoyed with my questions, and the timing of my appointment seemed to cause some inconvenience, as staff were preparing to leave at 8 pm and I was seen shortly before then. I would appreciate it if the clinic could review its scheduling and communication processes to avoid similar issues in the future.
I went to MD Now Urgent Care today to seek out some advice on something I was experiencing. The NP I saw was Frank Massotto. He was incredible and you can tell he really cares about your wellbeing. He made me feel comfortable with what was going on and went above and beyond to make sure I knew everything and had all the answers. Very clean office and amazing staff.
Great people and very caring
My PCP was not availabe for days. MD Now was very quick. Very knowledgeable. Very helpful.Everyone was very friendly.
Very thorough and very kind. Will definitely be my walk in from now on!
