They are rude over the phone. Horrible. It looks like they don't need patients to stay open
I been going here since March 2020 , I’ve never had a bad experience there , the doctors are cool and from my perspective professional at what they do. Physical therapy helped me out a lot as time goes by… As far as the receptionist , It always had change up during my time of being there , some know what they’re doing , some was still learning as they go , some moved on or got moved and some remained to this day.. Some bad apples don’t spoil the whole bunch, give them some credit. A.Mack!
AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS! THEIR LAB LOSES SPECIMANS, THE STAFF MAKES ERRORS ON PAPERWORK, THE WAIT TIMES ARE EXCRUCIATINGLY LONG, AND THEY HAVE THR AUDACITY TO USE A BATTERY OPERATED BLOOD PRESSURE MACHINE! THIS CLINIC NEEDS TO BE SUED FOR MALPRACTICE AND SHUT DOWN EFFECTIVELY IMMEDIATELY!!!! - ABRAM CHRISTIAN PATIENT WHO HAD ENOUGH!!!!
