They delivered me the results 10 minutes before check-in closed for my international flight. This was after a lost 72 hour test and a one hour pcr test to make up for the lost test that took 5 hours to turn around. Expensive, does not deliver, stressful and I’m not entirely convinced this is not a total scam. One star for the really patient customer service lady who is likely going to quit this job given her stress levels.

Was able to get Covid test appointment same day online with no issue and results emailed within an hour I highly recommend especially nowadays because it’s so hard to get an appointment anywhere else in Chicago within a day. The set up does look a little weird basically it’s an open door with a plastic barrier and you get tested while standing outside but it’s trustworthy and effective.

At O'Hare Airport in Chicago, we signed up to be tested for COVID-19. Using my phone to put in details, I realized I'd mixed up info between hubby and me. Asked for a refund, were told to call customer service. Phoned customer service and we instructed to send an email. My email got a response within 45 minutes advising me that our refunds were processing and would be on our cc within 24-48 hours. Less than 24 hours later, I see it on my cc. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
