Horrible customer service by service center. Called to understand the options for an invoice instead met with an extremely condescending employee with zero training in customer service. Though I was very polite till the end, the person on the other end was rude and confrontational for no reason.
Our clinic is associated with this group and they start charging $25 for fax service. They promote to buy annual subscription. When I called in office agent talked very rudely. They are here to make a money only.
I phoned doctor services, on behalf of another person, to see if there was a reduced rate for individuals with disabilities who receive ODSP. The answer was no, which is unfortunate but okay. My concern is the language that was used. The employee stated: "We don't reduced our rate for people with issues." That use of language is not okay.
I just received an email from these people. My doctor (they are a couple) just charged me $220 to fill out a form. I make $40 000/yr. Now these vultures are pushing an annual fee. Not good people.
