Paid my bill in full, then get a bill in the mail saying they decided to charge me more. I disputed it and they said the first bill I paid was just an estimate. I guess their 50% discount for same day self pay payment means they will just bill you the other 50% later and claim the first payment was an estimate.
Thank you so much to Melina and Mandy from urology for going above and beyond to help me when my daughters formula needed to be changed and the Peds weren’t coming to Escanaba. Life savers!
